The service was super nice
The service was super nice, talked explained things was spot. Told me what he had to do showed and explained all that he did. Very very friendly. Not one frown. He made me feel Iike like a good customer . Which I am overall was pleased

Worst customer service I ever received…
Worst customer service I ever received men who installed my security system did not have any customer service what so ever and didn’t even know how to put it up. They also took some of my equipment from my security system from VIVINT. So now I don’t have that. I also called customer service to cancel everything I emailed my cancellation letter. I did everything and I’m still waiting back on that. I just had a bad experience overall I wish I would have just never gon through with this. Never again
