The sales person don't tell me the truth. He me that I six months and I don't wanted it after I could cancel.But found out that I only had 3 days to cancel and did tell me that I had to pay $79.99. The same day .I found out all when the guy who installing the system had call a lady that I had to talk to she that and how long the contract was so I cancel I even told sale person that I can't really afford it because I am on disability He lied to me

Had some wires come loose and we called a representative and within an hour a technician was out at my house. When technician tested the system within less than a minute home safe was calling my phone to make sure everything was all right
