Immediate response to our interest after we received a cold call. Great owner and tech to work with. Did not care for AI chat and method of confirming authorization. I almost stopped the process due to that. I am hoping AI isn't in charge of my account.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and determination to achieve the best installation that Sean Holliday had. He worked everything precisely as it needed to be handled. The new system is definitely much different from the one we've used for the past 33 years; but it's easier to handle and seems to be more efficient. And of course, we anticipate the monitoring to be 100% better than what we had with the last company that we were sold to.
