This company will write you on a 60 month equipment and sell you on a third party of equipment with a camera that you can go buy yourself with no monthly subscription. If these people come to you and sell you on this concept they are out of town and won’t be able to service you! They will lie and say there local!!! The equipment they use is alua which is third party and eufy camera which is equipment you can buy in store with no monthly subscription

Everything I felt lied to.No book of directions, camera not explained how to access from my phone. To hard to find my my tv shows on DTV . Javon told me he was with Cox and he is Not!! Now I just want my money refunded.

It all happened too fast. they were installing the equipment before my wife or me even realized what was going on.. then I have called with 24 hours telling them that I did not want it and for them to take it out. called again within the 72 hour (three day) cancellation clause and have not heard back.

Eric Stoeckle did an amazing job of explaining the new system and installing my security system. So pleasant to work with and made the process easy!

the company has, so far, lived up to all it's promises. But, it's only been 2 days.
