My therapist is exceptional.

I went through some pretty life changing situations throughout my life within the span of 2-3 years. I needed help. I thought I found a good company until I decided on taking time off for my mental health. Rula didn’t help me then and they didn’t help me now when I needed them the most. Maybe try a different company. This one I would give zero stars.

My experience with Rula was terrible from both a professional and billing standpoint. During one of my therapy sessions, I was discussing an extremely sensitive and personal issue. At that moment, the psychologist put a piece of paper in front of his face and appeared to laugh. Whether he intended it that way or not, it felt incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. When you’re opening up about painful experiences, the last thing you should feel is mocked or ridiculed by the person you’re paying to help you. To make matters worse, I was later hit with a $100 charge despite believing the service was covered through my insurance. The billing process was confusing, and I felt blindsided by the charge. The combination of poor professionalism and unexpected billing left me with absolutely no confidence in the service. Mental health treatment requires trust, empathy, and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience with Rula fell far short of those expectations. I would not recommend this platform based on my experience. Its a huge scam there running like fake hospice’s hiring incompetent psychologists

Rula has a vast variety of therapist that fit everyones lifestyle and needs

Do not go to rule of health. I've only seen them 3 times which was a horrible experience because the therapist was talking about herself more than focusing on me. The worst part is Rula has charged me eight times when I've only gone to them four times. I stopped going to rule a health last month and they charged me an additional $111 this month when I stop seeing them so they are committing fraud, and this needs to be known

My therapist is good. I have a great experience with Keisha.

In our initial meeting, we met with listening ears in a judgement free zone. We received clarity opportunities and neither of us were shown favor but were exposed to excellent facilitation.
