I am so relived after my first visit. I wish I made the decision sooner.

My first impression of my therapist was good and genuine. We were able to identify issues within my first visit and I plan on returning.

Rula is a scam. Yes, they have real therapists, real psychiatrists. However, they lie about the cost up front. Lie about what insurance is covering and basically over the span of a month, have charged me over $500 with no clue on why. Oh, check with your insurance. Something has to do with your insurance. We charge as for what insurance tells us to. We know it's stressful to see extra charges....blah blah blah. Then, how did it go from 30 to 60 dollars to $90 TO 99TO 258???, this is insanity. 2 appointments and 1 missed appointment and $500-600??

I tried two other therapy groups. Rula has been the easiest, least complicated group I have gone through. I would highly recommend it. I'm not saying that the therapist s were bad. I am just saying that the system itself in other groups is just very chaotic. Rula is extremely easy to use fast non-complicated.

She never came online.

When doing the initial phone appointment with your team I was wanting to see someone in person, but when talking to the person I told her what was wrong. She than asked me whom I would prefer, ie. female, male, age group I wanted. I totally like whom she set me up with. I am very pleased

All 3 meetings so far have been very productive and helpful for me. I look forward to connecting with my therapist further.

This has been very convenient. I like that the visits are virtual and I don't have to worry about the counselor knowing me or seeing them in the grocery store after telling them my deepest darkest secrets. The counselor is very understanding and validating. She has definitely helped me by just talking to me about my experiences and giving me resources to read through on my own time. Highly recommend!
