First of all, I appreciated being able to choose a counselor myself out of the many to choose from. Secondly, the counselor I chose is wonderful. She listens, understands, and gives me feasible things to consider and think about when approaching my life concerns.

I feel very lucky to have met such a wonderful therapist. She is patient and kind and very helpful.

Sean is a very good therapist

Rula has been great at keeping me managed for the therapy appointments. My experience has been great and I am grateful for Rula. I found Rula to be a great sight to find a therapist. I like the bio information with pictures. Now the first therapist I chose did not show up to our online appt. I was waiting to let out all that had been bothering me..I was in tears and I called Rula (operating under another name at the time) to find out why the therapist didn't.show up. The man was so calming and empathetic about my serious ddisappointment. Well, supposedly that therapist was not accepting patients. I don't know??? I decided to look for another therapist in their network. I looked through the listing of therapist and I found 4 that I liked their bio. I also was happy to see pictures because I wanted someone older that has had life experiences that I was currently experiencing or that understood how different we think when we are older (I'm 54, with grandkids & major life changes). I personally needed some one who understood how God works in us and around us. Now not all 4 of the therapist I picked listed spirituality or such except one that I found to be cool because when have the same first name. Hahaha I decide we'll she is accepting new patients and let me try her. If I don't like her I have 3 others I can try. Oops 2 because one I really liked was not accepting new patients. Michelle the therapist instantly made me feel comfortable. I Iiked her voice and what she had to say. She apologizes on behalf of the therapist that was a no show the very first appointment. MIchelle was awesome and I made her my therapist... Great choice!! Michelle and I had 5 sessions and after the first one I had already had improved by being mindful of my thoughts, actions and words. I stopped my normal reactions to a more peaceful resolution to the things in my life that had me completely devastated. Rula takes my payment of by account 1x a month and I am always excited to see Michelle and talk with her..it is great!! I thank Jeff Alcorn who.prayed for me at Esstside Church Anaheim- CA. Thank you Michells Powers and Rula. I have a positive outlook in my life now. I am just beginning and I am.excited!!! I want and need to transform myself into a beautiful, calm.and loving person. Who handles all that life throws at me with respect, dignity and calm. Check out Rula and search for that light you know is there inside you. You are meant to live an abundant life. Working on yourself us the greatest gift... accept it. You matter and Rula provides a place to search and find a guide who you can trust, I thought I wasn't going to like this zoom appointments but they are great! I am home and comfortable. When my session is done I have a healthy dinner. Rather than drive home starving and going through a drive through. Great experience. Great connection and Rula sends the like a few days before plus a day of reminder. Good days with Rula.
