Roman Shain. I have been seeing therapists since I was 16 (34 now) and he is truly top tier! Together me and my fiancé are benefitting tremendously. He has actual exercises for us to practice and creates an environment where we both feel safe and considered. He is really living what he preaches and for me that is everything.

The website is straightforward and easy to navigate. Still, I would prefer if there was more user engagement. I'm not sure what exactly could be done to improve, but as this is a mental health service self improvement should always be encouraged.

I registered on Rula because I wanted to see if they had a good child psychologist for my son's video game addiction. I booked but then quickly cancelled an appointment. They said because I cancelled outside the 24 hour window I wouldn't be charged. But then they charged me anyway. I asked them to cancel all activity with them and refund me. I said I wasn't interested in any more of their services. It turns out that they booked us for 10 appointments upfront and charged my account again a week later. Maybe they have good therapists but their administrative practices are horrible. It feels very greedy.
