Rula has been so easy to navigate. With reminder emails and great therapists to choose from.

My bill was processed incorrectly as out of network. When I wrote to Rula support, they told me that I had to pay the full price because I hadn't met my deductible, which was also incorrect. 0 for 2. I wrote again and they eventually rectified the situation and I only paid my copay.

I love the therapist I have, he is truly one of the better ones I have ever worked with, and I’ve had several over the years. I give this 4 stars because I initially had issues scheduling a therapist. I had two in a row I selected, made an appointment with, and then was told they were no longer taking patients. But then I ended up with the one I have and couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely wonderful. My therapist is excellent and scheduling is easy and convenient. Would recommend to anyone looking for therapy.
