Scam
Scam. I thought it was weird when the phone number for a provider on my insurance’s website took to a random dude that was not connected to a the provider and was with rula. I could barely hear the guy I was talking to because his dogs were barking in the background. And then he said my appointment with a nurse practitioner on telehealth was scheduled 9:30pm on a Sunday?? He sent me a link and then they asked for my credit card information. They claim to work with insurance but they don’t. Research Rula before they scam you too!!

Good service to find help.
Good service to find help and easy to make payments and deal with insurance. Loved that each therapist list their education, credentials and specialty or focus. Only issue was after selecting a therapist and making the first appointment I got repeated emails of having to complete a patient information form or to select a therapist. I just ignored and went on with the therapist appointment and its been great so far.
