After a rocky start at which the app kept me hanging waiting for the therapist, I finally got connected to one that is great, good fit for me I think. She rocks!

This is exactly what I need.

Good service and easy to navigate portal. It’s really easy to navigate the portal and find therapists who fit what I’m looking for.

Great provider, the website is complicated and unforgiving and they do not communicate well with my insurance to the point that I got charged 600 dollars because they said my insurance didn't cover my counseling, but my insurance was the one that referred me to them. The missed appointment fees are unforgiving as well.

I love my therapist and the convience of scheduling and messaging.
