It’s hassle free and automatic. What’s not to love?

Life can be unpredictable, and it is demotivating to levy a $99 penalty fee for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment if something comes up within 24 hours. Especially so for someone who is still very, very new to therapy.

It was easy to find a good match! I really like my therapist, and the guidelines governing Rula.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for mental health care to look elsewhere than Rula. I have tried many therapists and platforms throughout the years (unfortunately due to moving / switching jobs / switching insurances, I have not been able to see a constant therapist for more than a year at at time). Because of this, I am well versed in therapy methods and how therapists should conduct themselves. I did not find the therapist I saw at Rula to be competent. I spoke to a few other therapists about the behavior of the therapist I saw (I have a few friends that are therapists, coincidentally) and they strongly advised me to report the therapist to the board. I struggle with this idea, because I know that someone that is not as versed in therapy as me, could have had severe damage done by the therapist I saw. They could have been led to a really dark place. It breaks my heart to think that there are people out there that could be really earnestly seeking mental health that are using this platform and this therapist. There are many options out there and I urge you to try them all, I did and found someone right for me. I would just urge you to stay away from Rula. Being able to find a therapist with a Christian background has been amazing for me. My therapist is showing me how I can rely on Jehovah, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit to receive the help that I need.

Because understand what we need . She is professional and she is very knowledgeable about our situation and she knows what we need

I'm working with my third therapist from Rula. Sometimes you have to try different therapists for the right fit for your specific situation. This third one I'm working with now is the one I feel most comfortable with that I can relax, open up and not have a billion distractions running through my mind. For some reason she makes me feel calm, safe, and able to be just be me, which is what I was looking for.
