The pre-visit questionnaire is not specific enough. There is a lot of ground between 'not at all' and 'several days'. Sometimes, I just have to make a selection to proceed, and sometimes I have to click another button to advance. Otherwise it is pretty standard. Overall functionality is fine, not great.

We have TWO children receiving mental health services through Rula and we have been unsuccessful, in spite of reaching out several times via email, to have them both under the same parent account. The experience has been frustrating and has made me question the decision to work with Rula.

Works great for me so far. My only complaint is that theres not much of people to select from sometimes but the process of finding a doctor or specialist is easy. Getting that appointment was super quick and I got one for the first time within 1-2 days.

Dr. Lehman is easy to talk to, very attentive and picks up on subtle things to help you with your recovery.

While it was easy for to find therapists in network and then select the counselor was best me.; it was very hard to find a psychiatrist especially when younger than 18.

your portal experience is terrible from an access and authentication perspective. I have made numerous contacts with your support team and my issues still are not resolved. you put all the overhead on me to use your system. I would absolutely NOT recommend rula to anyone. I almost left my therapist because of you and have had to rely on outside tools to schedule and communicate. OMG - I have taken the time to give you a review, submitted and you enrolled me in trustpilot - I want nothing to do with you or trustpilot

I’ve only had 3 sessions with my therapist and at the end of my 3nd one she was leaning towards me not rescheduling so I’m not sure. She got upset from my using ChatGPT during the time I couldn’t talk to her and she got really upset just by the way her voice changed. I only used it to get more insight for our next therapy session. Im very conflicted
