It's wonderful

Had a great first intake appt. Made me feel welcomed and accepted. Asked if I wanted to be called by my name. Overall polite and listened to me.

I would have rated it 5 stars because my therapist was absolutely amazing but unfortunately I had a really bad experience with the company Rula itself. I received a piece of mail stating that I got approved for 9 more sessions. My therapist told me that she never got informed of this information so she began keeping track of the sessions. Fast forward to what should have been my second to last session, I noticed a charge from Rula in the amount of $150. I contacted both my therapist and the company. My therapist had no idea that my sessions were coming to an end, she told me that they usually contact them and let them know when sessions are coming to an end. Rula emailed me back saying that my insurance stopped paying July 31st and I had a session Aug 12th. I was NEVER informed that my sessions were ending and it's unfair and ridiculous that I was charged without my therapist or myself being informed.

I have just started therapy with Dr. Cha through Rula. And just with my first session which is more like a meet and greet I feel comfortable in showing my ugly. I feel safe and cared for, and I feel like I am making the right steps in terms of valuing and acknowledging my mental health. I look forward to continuing seeing Dr. Cha through Rula. Not only do am I grateful and hopeful for my future with Rula and Dr. Cha, but with my insurance, I am not paying any ridiculous fees. My copay is very affordable and I know that Rula will work with me and my insurance provider to the best of their abilities.

I’ve been looking for a while for a family therapist and I almost gave up hope. My daughter and I felt very comfortable in our first session. She was fair and non-judgmental and for a teen that is huge. We look forward to getting the help we need and to building our relationship with Francisca.
