Reliable site and very easy to utilize.

The lady was very helpful. I didn’t know what I was doing, but she took her time and was super patient with me to help me walk through what the issue was and then she sent an order out so I can get a new machine replaced.

So far all is great! My Dr has been amazing and the communication from Rula has been greatly appreciated.

My therapist is great. On line therapy is better than I thought.but I wish it was easier to contact her for cancellations and technical difficulties etc because right now you have to log in twice. An app would be helpful.

I had problems with scheduling. The therapist changed the time and rula wouldn't change it. I had to make contact to fix it and that was annoying. Another thing that I Didn't like is that once I picked the therapist, I wasn't able to see other therapists profile anymore. And as a suggestion, it would be nice to be able to filter the therapists by approach or key words. I would have loved to find the therapist without having to read every single profile

The hole experience has been perfect. There is literally not 1 thing to complain about. Everything has been the perfect experience and I would recommend everyone to try it.

Rula makes it simple to choose providers and it gives you a first hand look at providers available in Your network. What I really liked was the breakdown each therapist has so you can choose one based on them and your preference. It’s not a shot in the dark, praying you picked someone that you match with
