$100 penalty with 24 hours notice. This is absolutely unacceptable. You get to bill my insurance for the session whether or not I'm able to attend. People have lives and little children. Life happens and you don't always have 24 hours notice. At kaiser I have up to 15min before my appointment to reschedule without any type of penalty.

I love how easy it is for me to book my therapy appointments. My therapist I have is a perfect match for me and I have been getting a lot out of my sessions.

I have spoken with two other therapists in the past, but the one I was matched with through Rula has been my favorite. She was quickly able to pick up on my level of thinking and was able to understand where I'm coming from and provided appropriate materials and comments that felt supportive and not patronizing or overbearing.
