So far I am NOT having a good experience. I don't know where you guys get your therapists from but the last two I've worked with seem very unqualified. Like I'm talking to a friend or my mom NOT an expert in their field. I am EXHAUSTED of this hunt. It's also exceptionally annoying that you guys allow the therapists to list every "specialty" so that they'll get clients. I'm CHRONICALLY ILL and every time I have used the search to try and find someone who specializes in working with the chronically ill it just brings up the whole list of therapists. They should NOT be allowed to list every specialty. They need to list their NICHES and who they work the most with so we can make an informed decision if that person will actually be good for us!! You are causing me to waste hours of my time having to vet and interview every therapist I meet with bc you guys allow them to list the broad range of stuff they are educated on NOT specialize in. These things are entirely different licenses you have to take courses for and they all say they do it. If they AREN'T certified or have the proper education for it then they shouldn't be allowed to list that they work with that.

Very pleased with my experience so far. Rula made it easy to make an appointment, check insurance, good communication. I like that the therapist profiles with pics were provided so I could choose a therapist for my particular needs. Happy with my therapist!

My therapist is great she connects with both of us in our couples session giving great advice that we both can relate to the exercises that she has given us has been very helpful.

The process with Rula has been amazing so far, from the intake process to my therapy session I’ve been heard and validated. I’ve been dismissed from other providers and discouraged by previous experiences but not here.
