Great, fast & easy!

My counselor was a very good match for me.

The company is great at reminder appointments and services and has fair prices. Sometimes, contacting the call center can be a hassle.

From the very beginning, our experience was troubling. Rula misspelled my child's name, and resolving this issue required numerous emails. During the third session, therapist Rachel Alvarez called my child lazy and questioned the accuracy of her diagnosis, despite a thorough evaluation by a medical doctor, which was the reason we sought therapy. Additionally, she used an outdated medical diagnosis, undermining our confidence in her expertise. She also failed to build rapport with my child and suggested spacing out sessions, contrary to the recommendation for more frequent sessions at the start of therapy. Given these issues, we decided to cancel all future visits.

The process is very easy and user friendly. We love our therapist who has helped us so much We've been seeing her for a while now. The appt reminders are helpful.

Sari is helping me understand my triggers for my anxiety and guiding me in ways to understand and deal with my thought process’s. I find therapy to be very helpful, calming and fascinating. Very helpful
