I was paired with a fantastic therapist who quickly understood me and was able to reflect back to me why I have been struggling. Therapy depends so much on one's ability to trust the therapist so as to be as open and vulnerable as possible. My therapist made me feel comfortable, safe and heard.

Ambiguous Review Purpose
Please allow me to preface this response by saying that I’ve read Trustpilot’s “Guidelines for Reviewers” as well as their “Eight Tips for Writing Great Customer Reviews,” and I’ve made a sincere effort to respond with that information in mind.
Everything has been extremely positive and helpful with the outstanding therapist I was connected with through Rula. So far, the therapist seems to be perhaps the best of many I’ve worked with throughout the course of my 64-year life.
So, I’d appreciate the opportunity to provide specific positive feedback regarding my excellent therapist. But neither in the email containing the Trustpilot review link nor in this Trustpilot review form is the word “therapist” ever mentioned.
The email asks “How did we do?” — to which I wonder, “In terms of what?” The email and this review form appear to be seeking feedback on Rula as a therapy provider company — as opposed to my experience with my individual therapist. Is this correct?
If so, I’m guessing you might like me to evaluate things such as navigating the Rula registration process, the relevance and thoroughness of the initial questions asked, the therapist selection process, the system for making an appointment, therapy appointment email reminders, etc.
Going forward, I recommend that you clearly and accurately state your purpose for requesting this review. Is it an evaluation of Rula as a therapy provider company in general, or of the individual therapist provided by Rula? Or perhaps you’re seeking feedback on all of this — in which case a more specific questionnaire along with an open response field would seem more appropriate.
But as the purpose of this requested review is ambiguous, I’ll end by simply saying that my overall experience with Rula has been mostly positive, while my experience with my individual therapist has been emphatically 100% positive.

Go Mary
I think Mary is the best therapist I’ve had. She lets me share but also keeps me thinking and reframing and asks the good questions but also still is very professional. And her questions and our conversations keep me thinking and realizing after our meetings👍🏻
