It is difficult to find a therapist. If you do find one you are thinking about you can't navigate away from the page because the therapist could disappear forever from your choices. There should be an option to search by name. There should also be better filters. For example you should be able to filter if you want a clinical counselor or licensed therapist. You should also be able to remove a therapist without replacing them. What if I just want to remove my therapist but I am not ready for a new one? With the limited ability on the patient portal it puts a lot of pressure on a person to pick a therapist they might not want. Talking to someone on the phone does not improve the experience. In my experience it actually makes things even worse. I had to set up an entirely new account for myself linked to a different email because every time I would schedule an appointment they would cancel my son's. Now they have managed to make it so I cannot connect my son's account online at all. In speaking with them in person they have also scheduled appointments with therapists when the therapist already had an appointment booked, wasting both mine and the therapists time.

I really like who they paired me up with she is very intuitive listens to what I have to say and she has me do homework which not a fan of but I know how much it’s going to help me on this journey!! Also I love that my appointments are pre-booked so that I don’t have to worry about remembering!!

Best thing I like so far is that Rula asked for my insurance first to make sure I was covered before I started my sessions. Unlike Betterhelp which doesn't really do that and then you end up paying so much for their "therapy bundles"

I love working with Kennedy Anyanwu, he gets me and knows how to help me. He is an excellent mental health provider.
