Easy to Use
Ir was easy for me to find a therapist that aligns with my values and has experience in the areas I was concerned with.

Being able to get things off my head that I need answers to.

Mike has been great! My therapist has been a great listener and offers his opinion on certain topics. It's something I've needed to do for quite some time and Mike has been doing a tremendous job.

PROs: Ease of scheduling, rescheduling, messaging care team on the website is great. Ease of changing therapist is great (although I have not used this feature myself yet). Email updates are great and billing is easy. CONs: 1) Would love to have a feature that syncs scheduled sessions to your calendar. That would be so helpful. 2) When initially trying to find a provider, I found the website hard to navigate because when you try to select multiple filters, the page goes blank (white) and you have to start all over. So I haven't been able to to actually use the filters. Just kind of gave up and ended up finding my therapist over the course of several days of just endless scrolling. 3) Text message notifications as opposed to emails would be great. I don't check my personal email as much because I am incredibly inundated with emails for work (a source of the reason why I'm in therapy actually), and so it would be so helpful to receive text notifications instead. 4) On a similar note to the above, having to sign in via an email link every single time you want to take any sort of action is really annoying. A normal password login option would be helpful and also keeping the patient logged in for a max of an hour on the site would also be great. I understand that patient security is important but at a certain point security measures or really any additional step an end-user has to take on a website/app becomes an impediment to someone wanting to continue or start therapy. 5) An extension of the no show policy form 5 mins to 10 mins would be amazing. A part of my struggle is juggling all of the various calendar items between my personal, joint with husband, and work. It's been a challenge not to get my schedule jumbled up even with the email notifications. 6) Mobile app in the works? I can't speak for every single industry but in my line or work (ecommerce), more than 50% of our users use their mobile app to shop/access information on our website. It may be worth looking into developing a mobile app that provides multiple types of login options (email, social sign-in, facial recognition, authenticator app login).

I really appreciate my therapist’s direct approach and willingness to work around my schedule. I wasn't sure if I would like online therapy, but it’s growing on me for convenience and helping me to be emotional and not have to hold it together in a public place.
