I reached out for a family therapist to strengthen the bond between my teenage daughter and myself. So far it's been nothing short of a blessing. After every session with our therapist Eileen, we feel refreshed and truly bonded.

Not great at letting you find help that matches the expertise needed. All the providers select pretty much all issues so it’s hard to figure out what they actually specialize in until you speak with them. Some might have just done some service work at some point during education and then they list as a “speciality”. If you’re not struggling with a chronic issue and just need someone to talk to Rula works fine.

A little tricky at first. Communication was not great, but once I got my referral code from Kaiser they moved things along really fast.

Rula was extremely easy to use for me to find a therapist. They provided all the information I needed to make the best choice for me. This made it so much easier than it has been for me in the past looking for someone and it made choosing someone and going through the whole process including insurance so that I could be seen right away.

Adrianna is super compassionate and I feel very comfortable with her. She is patient focused and her smile could bring anyone’s spirits up.
