Easy platform to utilize. Many choices when it comes to therapists. Able to get an appt quickly.

I love a good user friends website. I was about to easily look through therapists and filter based on my needs. There bios and descriptions helped me to decide who would be a good for me and how they personalize their service. Also I LOVE that there are different time schedules so for me with a 9-5, I don't have to worry about taking time off, I have my appointments at 7:30pm so I have time after work to relax before jumping in. I did have a situation with my first therapist being a no call no know, and it did bring me down. But I immediately told customer service and they completely understood and handled it within 5 minutes and provided me a list of more providers that take my insurance. I scheduled the next one and am very happy I pushed though, because I really enjoyed my first session. The questions were general, but customized to find out more about me. If feels nice to be listed to and comfortable. Last point, don't give up!

Like I said,
