Its so easy to use and there were so many therapists to choose from. I have had a great experience with Rula.

I had to send my insurance info more than once, it took weeks to get insurance verified. I get three no copay visits for each new diagnosis, I was told that Rula works with my insurance and that was not the case. Rula is not participating with Cigna's program. So I have to pay $150 for visits that should be a zero copay.

The provider Jelya Fatawu I found through Rula is fantastic and easily accessible.
