Excellent therapist. Easy to schedule and hassle free process.

So easy to use and contact my provider!

It’s convenient but they do not bill each session on time. They like to bill for many appts at once, which is not ideal for my finances. The log in process is annoying. Searching for new providers is also frustrating. It would be great if they fixed these issues

My therapist is very amazing. She helps me look at my troubles with a compassionate perspective instead of self hatred.

Both of my child's Dr.s are very good with him! They take their time to listen and adjust his meds as needed and always reach out or even call if he misses his appointment.

The ease of finding a provider was excellent. The biographies posted were extremely helpful. I found it excellent therapist. The issue that I have is, the Rula of site itself is cumbersome once you begin using it. It is difficult to send messages to my therapist and to receive messages.

Carla Francisco is professional, dedicated, supportive and highly knowledgeable on how to support me. She helps me learn ways to cope with my trauma and life changes appropriately. Her techniques and active listening encourages autonomy and healthy decision making. I look forward to our sessions to regroup and gain self awareness, I recommend Rula to others but suggest being communicative and persistent about their needs and expectations. Carla is my 4th clinician in 5 months and the only one who provides amazingly honest consistent support. Carla understood my negative experiences that elicited trust issues but she was able to build a connection with me for a successful working therapeutic relationship. I’m confident in her ability to help me gain a desired level of functioning.
