Simply easy to use and very informative

Setting up appointments is easy to understand & go through, the portal is a super convenient tool & seems pretty like up to date & modern compared to other platforms. My therapist is super easy to talk to & I don't perceive judgement from her! She has great advice & helps me think through anxiety & unreasonable thoughts

I like that they’re extremely responsive. My therapist is great. The one thing that I dislike is that logging in to the patient portal requires a link to be sent to your email EVERY time. This is also true for telehealth appointment links. It’s tedious and could be streamlined by having a traditional login system. Other than that, I am happy with Rula.

This can be a bit confusing at times, but it's a minor hiccup in an otherwise stellar service. The cherry on top has been the exceptional customer service. I’ve had to reach out on a couple of occasions, and response times were nothing short of impressive. It’s clear that Rula values its users and is committed to ensuring a smooth experience. Overall, I highly recommend Rula to anyone looking for a reliable mental health platform. With its focus on client care and exceptional service, Rula is a true ally in the journey towards mental wellness!
