Everything. It was super easy to sign up, find a therapist and having a QHDHP, I expected my bill to be quadruple what it was. However it occurred, I thank you because I can afford what I am paying per service. Monica is amazing. I love her to pieces and did after session 1!!! I can't think of anything you could do better.

I have been to many therapists for many years felt the same took different medications.I never felt any progress no matter how many times I went to my appt.Then I was transferred to Rula my therapist has changed my life he goes above and beyond.I feel better more confident.He has helped me tremendously and I feel a lot of trust that I can tell him things I haven't told anyone and he understands.I have recommended Rula to family and friends.They are still changing my life every time.Thank you Rula.

I was having issues with the website so I emailed customer service. Every person that assisted me was amazing. They were very thorough. They went above and beyond and they was someone available no matter what time it was. They would check on me to make sure I was satisfied. The therapist are awesome. I loved that they had pictures of the therapist along with their bio and what their specialties and what methods they use. My two daughters 13 and 9 yrs old are currently in therapy and they are very satisfied with their therapist. They are able to use techniques they are given to help them in their daily lives.

Kaleesa is a knowledgeable and caring therapist. She is a compassionate and active listener, skills that quickly engender trust. Her questions are reflective of what you share, with a goal of moving you forward in your healing process. She is kind and easy to talk to. Scheduling is easy.

I've had really bad luck with therapists leading up to finding Rula, this is has been no exception. My therapist has had to reschedule something close to half a dozen times... for two meetings thus far. Her child is apparently in the ER and has been sick, there have been appointments that ran long... I understand that, life happens and this is no way reflective on that. But this therapist seemed pretty overloaded before our first meeting and now there is no way I can have a trusting relationship with them. Back to square one was not where I wanted this to lead. What can Rula do to ensure their providers are not so overloaded?

The difficulty of finding a counselor is made extremely easy using RULA . They have a vast variety of counselors to address specific issues that can be tailored to your specific wants. I highly recommend RULA for any counseling need with little or no wait time.
