Horrible experience. I confirmed I was covered by insurance and would have a $30 copay and yet I was charged over $300, how in the world can anyone afford to pay $300 per session? That doesn’t even matter though because they confirmed that I would just owe a copay. The support team at Rula as well as the doctor who helped me Initially have completely ignored my requests for help with this. Yet they keep reaching out to me to pay this erroneous bill and when I reply to them asking for help I am ghosted. I am so profoundly disappointed with this platform that is meant to help people in their darkest times. And now thanks to Rula I am left with even more problems than I initially came with. If you want to be overcharged and ignored when you ask for help resolving it then Rula is the right platform for you!

It was very user-friendly when it came to picking/changing counselors. Timely reminder we're very appreciative.

I like the fact that I get the option to choose a therapist that fits my needs and the accessibility where I can jump into session right from home.

I only had one session so I can't really give a full review. But I can say that she listened carefully, a first for me.
