Secure and personalized
The app is secure and simple once logged in. Personally, I have found a therapist who checks off a lot of my boxes for making me feel understood and safe.

Auto cancellations with no customer service
All My appointments were getting cancelled by Rula. After finally getting in touch with The agent, they said it’s because my insurance is not accepted by Rula- which is FALSE. I have a platinum PPO so even out of network providers are at least partially covered.Rula’s automated system that cancels appointments the day of, or day before your session combined with agents in call centers from other countries that don’t know what they’re talking about is a nightmare. Especially for people who are dealing with mental health challenges and desperate to find support. Just awful.

Awesome Experience
I’ve been using Rula for 8 weeks and not only do I feel safe & comfortable with my therapist, I appreciate all the reminders (email and text) Rula sends me to remind me of upcoming appts. Signing up was also very easy, their platform is clear & easy to navigate.
