They help you find a good fit. I had the opportunity to choose a therapist that I thought would match me well. You get to see their background and credentials and learn a little about them before you select. I went through about three therapist, before I find the one I felt most comfortable with.

My therapist Aqsa has helped me thru a very difficult time in my life. There are so many negative things I am going thru at the same time, she has been here for me every step of the way. Even for last min appointments! She is truly amazing!

Its really more about the therapist RULA connected me ith than RULA itself. RULA was great in that it was easy to get that help, RULA facilitated it.

I was a client at Sondermind and they kept telling me they couldn’t verify my benefits and I saw Therapist like seven times and then instead of trying to charge me my $20 co-pay they were trying to charge me $100 an appointment I got on rula my benefits were told to me right away. I was accepted within 48 hours. I found a therapist. I loved my therapist with Sondermind but this new one she’s really awesome too so everything happens for a reason and I’m so thankful that I was able to find you guys.

My overall experience with rula has been amazing!!! My therapist and psychiatrist are both very professional and warm individuals.I feel safe speaking with them. The ease with which everything is managed by Rula is efficient and easy to navigate from selecting your mental health team to billing. Everything is made super easy and simple for patients. I found an amazing therapist on my first try, and that in of itself is a feat. I've had bad experiences with other organizations and was afraid to try therapy again, but my husband recommended Rula, and since signing up, I have made measurable progress in my mental health journey.
