My therapist has flexible hours and is flexible with time. I have had no issues with the platform either.

Comprehensive virtual therapy platform from the very beginning. Appreciate the very detailed information about each therapist and their experience and strengths. Then when I met with my chosen therapist, he was exactly what I wanted from a counselor. I’m looking for to continue working with him via Rula.

It was really easy to find a good therapist and I found the perfect one she's awesome

She has helped me so much. I am now able to deal with my anxiety better, I feel more confident in what I do.

Rula’s therapists are great, but the Rula platform was a huge disappointment. I was a patient for almost a year and working with multiple therapists. I was using my in network insurance and had no issues. Beginning next year my insurance had a slight change, I still had my primary insurance that was in network with Rula, but I had to had Medicare because I also got CHAMPVA. When Rula was given my updated insurance they kicked me out because they only accept Medicare as a primary and not secondary. They tried to blame it on Medicare policy, but the truth is Rula is declining services due to an internal policy not to manage Medicare Secondary Payer billing, rather than a Medicare requirement. They see me having multiple insurances as complex so they don’t a blanket policy “ if the patient has Medicare listed as secondary even if we accept Medicare and your commercial insurance we will not see the patient”. I lost all my therapists and progress and my therapist said I was not her only patient this happened to within the week… she lost at least 5 patients on Rula due to their internal energy al policy. Be aware that even if your insurance says your in network, if you have Medicare they will not see you.

I am so happy I made the choice to start therapy with Rula. My therapist made me comfortable and gave my some really great advice. I am excited to continue to see her every week. A new start

It's early but so far everything about the process has been great and I am looking forward to more.
