Choosing a therapist is easy. Making appointments is an easy process as well. My therapist is sensitive and relates with me. She gives homework and follows up with me. This has been an amazing experience.

Started on time and ended punctually

Christine takes the time to actively listen to me and offer sound advice. I feel seen and heard and valued as a patient and that helps me achieve optimum goals within my care plan and what I hope to get out of therapy.

I have a great therapist on Rula. Its easy to get on line and have your session . I look forward to my sessions weekly .

Finding our therapist, Amanda, was definitely a key factor in restoring our marriage and our family. We are so thankful that we found her and we were able to openly talk with her. She was wonderful. And exactly who we needed to be objective and help us to resolve our family issues.

A session that was scheduled did not take place due to the provider rescheduling. I was billed for it and contacted Rula to get a refund. The first person I spoke with said they created a claim and to check back in a week for an update. When I followed up as instructed, I was told that there was no claim visible in the system and that they didn't know if or when any refund would be processed. This is their error, not mine, yet my money is being held hostage.

I was referred to Rula by Kaiser more than 3 years ago now and I loved how I was able to filter out what I wanted in a therapist. I currently still work with with the therapist I found back then and I appreciate everything that has come from it. She cares about her work and her patients. We started off with talk then moved to EMDR. That was life changing for me. I gush to people about joining and how easy it is to sign up. Best part is, if you aren't feeling the therapist you first chose, you can change at anytime and you won't need to tell anything. Relieves some anxiety there.
