Misleading
Unfortunately, Rula was not a good experience for me. After taking the time to onboard and prep for credentialing, nothing happened. In my first two meetings with my Provider Success associate I was assured that 1) I only want to use the platform for 5 or less clients a week as I also work a full time job, and 2) that there was a demand for clients in my state requesting services. I did not receive any referrals from Rula after a few months went by, including EAP referrals. I was told to "open more therapy spots",despite them having the knowledge that I only have capacity for 5 clients a week. If you are considering working with Rula as a therapist, I would suggest asking the question regarding demand for services in the states where you are licensed to practice. Also, today is the third time I have reached out regarding exiting the Rula platform. Each time I have been told by chat bot that someone will be reaching out, and I don't have much hope of this being resolved anytime soon. Frustrating and disappointing.
