I was very happy with the quality of the product however I needed to exchange for a bigger size. After several attempts, no one responded to get my issue resolved. I tried via chat as well as email. There was no phone number to call. Not happy with purchase, considering it does not fit well.

My hat was too large and I contacted the company through its "return policy" page, but have heard nothing. Regards, Dudley Glenn Simmons

Excellent and well made hats that match the description online!

Really poor customer service experience. After a week of trying to contact you, I filed a claim with my credit card then miraculously I received an email from one of your associates letting me know that he’s gonna personally take care of this matter. It’s been two days since then and I received zero information about what happening next. At this point, I don’t wanna do an exchange. I just want my money back.

As someone who appreciates fine headwear and vintage-inspired craftsmanship, I’m very particular about where I shop. Ruedeger exceeded every expectation. The hat itself is a work of art the structure and attention to detail are superb. Beyond the product, their integrity as a company is unmatched. They resolved a shipping/return issue with a level of generosity I’ve never experienced in the luxury market. They have earned my complete trust and future business. A truly class-act brand.

i bought several hats from you and the latest purchases were in the last month or 2. The hats are beautiful and very artistic in design. I happen to like the stiffness of the hats and the fit was perfect. You are above and beyond in hat making .. consider making waterproof hats so i can wear in the rain.. better yet how can i water proof my hats? thank u Holly L Strope

I had a very great experience with customer service who went above and beyond to get me a replacement hat from the original one I ordered due to a sizing issue. I love this hat. Amazing quality for a great price. Highly recommend
