Your hats are very cool. Your pricing is good as well compared to other wool-only hat makers. The wool was easily shaped by a shop since the crown for my head was too shallow. The hats are also very round for your head to fit in. I have a big head, but I had to use hat foam. I would love to buy a straw hat, but I fear the shaping process would not work out since I like my hats to sit further down on the head, and I fear you cannot really shape the straw crown like you can a felt.

I bought a straw which was priced well, not cheap, not expensive, which was delivered quickly. The style is great. The fit is good. I love wearing it and look forward to the new look this summer.

I put in an order for a beautiful hat that was perfect for a very special day. After I placed the order, I was contacted by the Owner directly who let me know that during the packing process a blemish was noticed. He assured gave me plenty of options including a refund. I really wanted this hat for a certain occasion. He had the hat remade and expedited shipping with extras. The customer service was excellent keeping in contact with me daily and the hat arrived in shorter time than projected!! Excellent service and beautiful hat!! Will surely get my hats from here every time!!

Good quality hat. Runs slightly large which is probably good as too small would be a problem. Comes with pads to adjust smaller.

Ordered the XL listed as 61cm. My measurement is 62cm I figured it would be a bit tight, it was in fact extremely oversized by more than the supplied sizers could compensate for. I went to do an exchange, but as I had used a discount I would have to pay the difference to get the smaller size so I started a return. The return response was delayed. I received an apology for the late response and was immediately shipped a replacement at no charge. Amazing customer service!
