The hats were good quality. When one hat was missing, customer service mailed it out right away.

Love my hat. Good quality, it came shaped pretty good. And it was a nice fit, although i did install the inserts for a better fit. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star because the communication between us wasn’t there during shipping. No email on when it shipped or when it would arrive but the hat it’s self was great I believe they are a company to be trusted and I’ll shop with them again.

Just received my hat from Ruediger. Absolutely gorgeous.

I’m really not a fan of the cardboard type feel to these hats but they are made very well. They came on time and well packaged so I appreciate that. I’m going to steam them to see if I can get some playability to them as per the instructions given. I do understand that they are made that way to maintain the original structure, it’s just not for me. I will wear them proudly and for those who like that sort of feel, these are your hats!! Oh, and the price rage isn’t bad either.
