I received it like 2 or 3 weeks later far to long but the over all quality of the hat was excellent.

I purchased a hat a month ago for my husband for his birthday. We like the hat, but it’s too large. The reason for the negative review is due to the unintuitive exchange process and zero personal customer support. I initiated the exchange process two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a return label or at least a return address. There is no phone number available and no personal customer service. Email responses take about a week and appear to be automated since they do not address my questions.

I really love the design and style of the hats I have purchased! Some have a more "old world- western" type of feel to them. Others have a more "chic and upbeat feel to them". Sometimes pulling off a more "younger person" feel to them! From the hats with the basic color schemes to those that are more colorful- they all make for cool signature pieces!

The hat is beautiful. The order arrived in a speedy manner. The packaging was impressive. I love every bit of it.

Ruediger hats is by far one of the best brands of hats I’ve ever owned. I currently have four of their hats and I 100% intend to add more to the collection. The hat was too small. The return process is not user friendly. Still waiting for a return label.
