This was the first time I bought a hat from them. Everything about the hat was great. Looks well made. And the packaging of product was much better than other hats from other companies. The only thing that I experienced was the hat was a little tight fitting. I am right now trying to stretch the at to fit more comfortable. Overall, I would definitely buy another hat from them

My hat was delivered in very good condition. Problem, I ordered the wrong size. Ordered Ex and should have ordered LG. It was the Noir hat. I'm trying to exchange for the LG but not sure if it is available. Waiting for a return lable for exchange or return.

This has been a terrible experience and I would never use your company in the future. I received my hat, but the size was wrong and I started the process to return it. I went on your website and opened an issue. I have not received any response...just crickets. Shameful customer service!! Update: 7/15/2026 Chris (founder of Ruediger Hats), I appreciate your apology and the efforts that you have taken to resolve the issue. During my career, I have worked with many startups as they transitioned to mature companies. I understand that when you are experiencing growth and focusing inward on issues like building capacity and ROI, some external processes can get lost in the confusion. I will take your Option2 where you arrange a full refund, and I do not need to return the hat. Once again, I appreciate your standing up and providing a fix. David

Your return request should have been handled much sooner, and the lack of timely follow-up was our mistake. We recently went through some internal adjustments, and unfortunately, your case was not handed over properly during that transition. That is not an excuse — this is our responsibility, and I sincerely apologize. I will personally make sure your case is followed up and resolved properly. We will also review our internal customer service process so return requests are not missed or delayed like this again.

Hat is great! It Got a little bent during shipping which, I know can be the reality of shipping a straw hat. It was packed well and came with instructions on how to reshape the brim if needed, which I followed. All I needed was an iron with a steam setting and a wet towel or rag…and voila, issue resolved! Hat looks great and fits perfectly!

The Hat was amazing and feels great. It fit a little big but my local hat shop repaired. Also came misshapen but my local reshaped. Still pretty satisfied. Would buy again.
