I love these products. I use them daily and find that my hair feels thicker and almost no shedding in the shower. I have color treated hair and the color seems to last longer using this shampoo and conditioner. You do not have to subscribe, you can do a one time purchase. The Christmas scent is amazing.

If I could give less than one star I would. Product is ok, but I agree with these multitudes of reviews regarding said shipping out and not being able to cancel a shipment same day. Terrible customer service. I won’t patronize this company. They don’t respect their customers enough to do what is right. Forget the long flowery stories on your email ads, focus on the customer. Then maybe you can retain them.

What a sh*tshow! After purchasing shampoo and conditioner and not receiving a confirmation email I googled the company and found these reviews. I was pretty horrified and wrote to them immediately to cancel my order. They "claim " it was too late to do so, even though items were not yet dispatched. I informed them that I will be requesting a refund as part of their policy and they told me that does not apply to overseas buyers! 16 days later and still no items, not that I'll be using them anyway. P*sspoor customer service and liars. Only purchased because of the money back guarantee. Buyers beware!!

Ordered products from this company around 10 days ago. Order was not delivered to the home - we don’t have a mailbox and it has apparently been placed in someone else’s box. I contacted the company who said it had not been delivered!! So what is going on?? There is no proof of delivery. Contacted the company now several times without success! The last emails asked me to let them know if it didn’t arrive by today, which it has not!! I have requested a full refund but keep getting emails asking to follow links which I don’t need! I want my money back from them. I will never use this company again!!

This shampoo and conditioner is just ok. Didn’t plan on re ordering it. But to my surprise it’s a subscription. A package arrived at my door yesterday. No notification it was coming, no invoice. I’ve been charged $70 on my credit card. Which I will dispute and return this box. But I’m in Canada. Will it be free? I’ll find out. So disappointed.

My hair fell out so much, practically in clumps. It's so much thinner now, especially around the hairline, which hasn't improved over time. Do not use this product!!

I saw these products on a survey for best 5 shampoos & conditioner for thinning hair on women going through menopause. Unfortunately I was sucked in. I don't like the smell of the products, they haven't improved the hair loss in fact it feels thinner and it has made my hair dryer and frizzy. Also unknown to me, because I had a discount when purchasing for the first time (they told me this in their return email after I contacted them) I was given a subscription for repeat orders! I did NOT fill anything in for this, so now there is another parcel on its way that I neither want or need. I took a screenshot of my original order on their website after signing into my 'account' & nowhere does it say anything about a subscription! While I was in there I deleted my credit card details & any further subscriptions. It wasn't easy to find or navigate their system. Apparently because I don't check my emails every day I missed the one informing me of another delivery by one day. The courier hasn't received it so I suspect when I contacted them it hadn't even left their premises. Am I within my rights to refuse delivery and return said parcel for a refund which I think they won't give me? The parcel is from the USA to the UK. They are being as unhelpful as they can be. Don't order from this company, the products do not do what they say. Update: It's up to me to return said parcel within 7 days of receipt. Not sure if I can refuse to accept it & have UPS return it without incurring any cost?
