Routine Shampoo should NOT be your Routine
I read reviews for this line of hair care products and they seemed stellar. The products are touted to be safe for all types of treated hair and help to make hair healthier and thicker. My hair is both color treated and keratin treated but the product guaranteed that it was safe to use. After shampooing I knew there was a problem. My smooth, straight hair was puffed out (like I was electrocuted) and felt dry and brittle. I normally air dry my hair but I needed to brush and blow dry. I waited a few days and re-washed with my regular shampoo and, while it didn’t puff out, it is no longer soft and still feels dry and brittle. When I reached out to Customer Service I was given a very sarcastic reply - the responder indicated that it works for her and others and so sad too bad. I had just had the $300 Keratin process two weeks prior to using this product. They were willing to take the product back (I was given 3 days) My color was fine but if you have a Keratin process DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. It’s not worth taking the chance.
