it loses fewer hairs, is shiny and it doesn't have as much frizz. the slow development of hair has caused my hair to become thicker and stronger.

Personally my hair felt and appeared fuller after 2 shampoo & conditions. Dont know yet re hair loss but so far so good. Didnt notice after 1 wash but 2 yes.

I’d been looking for a shampoo and conditioner to help with my very fine hair, which had recently deteriorated and started falling out more. Routine Wellness kept coming up in my research, so I decided to give it a try. There was a small admin issue at first — I didn’t receive confirmation of my order (placed 9 June 2025) — but customer service sorted it out quickly, and my order arrived in the UK on 18 June 2025 complete with a travel sample. The shampoo & conditioner smell lovely, feel gentle, and the bottles make it easy to measure the right amount. My hair looks shiny and clean with no harsh residue. I haven’t seen much improvement in hair loss yet, so I’ll be trying another brand for comparison, but overall I’m pleased with the quality. I’m surprised by some of the recent poor reviews — perhaps there are admin issues cropping up — but my own experience has been positive overall.

Having wavy, thinning hair and being a woman of a certain age, I noticed a positive change within the first week of using Routine. With shop bought shampoos, I've found they leave my hair feeling 'stripped' clean, so when dry, it is frizzy and feeling dry/brittle. Routine has left my hair softer and fuller, but still clean and benefits from not having sulfates, as this didn't just help improve the condition, but has also made the need to colour my hair less often. I've given a 4 star rating, only because I received deliveries more frequently than I had signed up to. This, however, was quickly rectified when I contacted them and I would definitely order again.

I was sceptical when I first used this shampoo. You have to be patient and keep using it but it is very good and my hair has definitely improved since using it and when I used to wash my hair before it was flyaway and flat. Definitely better for using over a longer period

I bought a set of shampoo and conditioner and used products 5 times. I like them but want to know why I am still shedding a lot of hair in the shower, and when I will start to see results. Thank you.

Four stars because my hair isn’t noticeably growing back yet but hopefully that will happen to add another star. Kidney removed three months ago, that stress had my pillow covered in hair every morning, the sink covered in hair after combing, the shower drain covered after shampooing. My ponytail went from 2” diameter to half an inch. Immediately ordered Routine in hopes I wouldn’t be bald in a month. Been using it nine weeks. Now no hair on pillow, some hair still in sink, but very little hair in shower. I ordered a bottle for my mom and one for my husband.

The company is very customer oriented, and easy to work with. The product did make my hair more manageable and reduced my cowlicks. After it "healed" my hair, I had a difficult time adjusting the amount of conditioner, and frequently my hair felt greasy. Also, it says it's safe for color treated hair, but it was stripping my color faster than I liked. My 5 week appointments turned into 4 week appointments.
