I changed shampoo and conditioner. Found my hair was thinning and I was moulting. Changed back to Routine Wellness. I won't be using anything else. This is a genuine experience.

Although I can’t review the product as I haven’t tried either the shampoo or conditioner purchased, I must comment on the excellent service provided by the support staff, in particular Tara who dealt with my issue. Sadly the products, having travelled from US, and which were due to arrive on time, were not delivered by Evri, apparently as the packaging was damaged and needed to go back to the depot to check the contents were ok. Unfortunately the Evri courier failed to inform me of this. On receiving the news that my package had not arrived on time, Tara reassured me that my order would be resent immediately. However we decided to try to locate it first and bless her, Tara never gave up! The daily emails between us resulted in my parcel being found and delivered. Result! Well done to Tara and her team for offering such excellent, polite and caring support…a very rare occurrence these days. Thank you Lynn

My hair was thin and falling out and I was unhappy with all the products I tried they never helped at all and I saw a choice product revue on hair products and yours came top so I tried it and was so happy as I use very little of the shampoo and conditioner and it lathers nicely and it thickened my haiir over the next 3 months. I went and got my hair cut and the haiirdresser said my hair was much thicker and in great conditiion and asked what I'd done different, so I told her about routine and she said she was going to have a look at the product for herself. Also I can order it through paypal and it takes less than 10 days to arrive here in Australia.

This is the best shampoo and conditioner. My hair was thinning when I first started using this set about two years ago. Now my straight thinning hair is full and curly. I highly recommend!

My experience with Routine Wellness products are off the charts! With my second use of the purple shampoo and conditioner I notice that the dull brassy color in my highlights were fading it brought them back to life! I couldn't believe what I was seeing with just two uses of it and the texture was mind blowing, it felt so soft and hydrated not counting the volume it gave me. Routine Wellness is the bomb! And that's with just using the shampoo and conditioner. I also purchased the scalp serum and what I experienced with one bottle of that is that my hair looks so healthy fuller and I'm experiencing new hair growth. It's hard to believe that there is a product out there that works this good,but believe it Routine Wellness works! My forever to go to products. I'm so excited to try the hair mask and the hair serum as well. Girls when I say it works believe me I'm living proof I've never used any other product that has done what Routine Wellness has done. So if your hesitant about purchasing it don't be I give it a 100 out of a 10 it work so well that when I start running low on something I panic that how good it is. You have my word on it! ❣️

I have always had dead straight fine hair but a lot of it, until RA medication started to increase hair fall. Been using this product for 2 months and whilst regrowth has been minimal, there has been a significant reduction in hair fall, no product build up on my scalp and I’ve received compliments that my hair looks healthier. I even found my hair survived a week of sea and sun when usually I come back with dry and frizzy hair. Finding this product to be good alongside other actions taken (e.g healthier diet and collagen).
