Used Routine shampoo for about 4-5 washes. Developed burning and itching anywhere the shampoo touched. Even after a week on steroids I still have puffiness and discomfort especially on my forehead.

The ingredients have changed Olefin Sulfate is the 2nd ingredient in the shampoo, i researched this and found it is just as drying and damaging as sulfate. They are making it difficult for me to return the product. I have the previous bottle of shampoo and pictures of the ingredient list on both old and new. It definitely has changed.

Did nothing for my hair. Also I didn’t sign up for the subscription but today an order arrived. I am furious. I cannot afford to be conned in this way. Big company taking pensioners money with no permission.

I paid 50.00 for a 14 Oz shampoo and a 14 Oz conditioner that is ridiculous i expected it would be 32 Oz never again what a rip off

I would give them no stars if I could! I ordered a one off order of shampoo but they changed it to a subscription! This should be made illegal as I do not want them taking money out of my account every 3 months for shampoo I might not even like! Have now heard from them and they have said they are going to refund my money and cancel subscription, once they have done this i will remove this review.

Misleading "free" offer. Their ad promised a free travel-size shampoo and conditioner. I gave them my email to claim it, but then there was no way to actually check out with the free items. The offer isn't real — it just collects your email. Don't waste your time.

I am considering buying but having read many of the reviews I can never understand why it would work for some and not others - to me it makes no sense, anyone have any answers? It’s not a cheap product if it doesn’t work is it, I get very fed up with what can only be described as false advertising that we are constantly bombarded with

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PRODUCTS. Been using Shampoo and Conditioner for approximately 21 months. It was quite a while before there was any difference at all. For a while now, my hair has been like straw, dull, heavy, breaking off, gone really thin and looked a mess. Contacted Routine today. Said it could be my diet, hair care routine/brushing when wet, etc and also suggested that I visit my doctor! Want me to consider buying their Hair Supplement @ £31.20!!!! Their Trustpilot reviews have only 46% 5 stars and a whopping 42% “1 star”. This is not what they state in their advertising.
