I changed shampoo and conditioner. Found my hair was thinning and I was moulting. Changed back to Routine Wellness. I won't be using anything else. This is a genuine experience.

Although I can’t review the product as I haven’t tried either the shampoo or conditioner purchased, I must comment on the excellent service provided by the support staff, in particular Tara who dealt with my issue. Sadly the products, having travelled from US, and which were due to arrive on time, were not delivered by Evri, apparently as the packaging was damaged and needed to go back to the depot to check the contents were ok. Unfortunately the Evri courier failed to inform me of this. On receiving the news that my package had not arrived on time, Tara reassured me that my order would be resent immediately. However we decided to try to locate it first and bless her, Tara never gave up! The daily emails between us resulted in my parcel being found and delivered. Result! Well done to Tara and her team for offering such excellent, polite and caring support…a very rare occurrence these days. Thank you Lynn

Used Routine shampoo for about 4-5 washes. Developed burning and itching anywhere the shampoo touched. Even after a week on steroids I still have puffiness and discomfort especially on my forehead.

My hair was thin and falling out and I was unhappy with all the products I tried they never helped at all and I saw a choice product revue on hair products and yours came top so I tried it and was so happy as I use very little of the shampoo and conditioner and it lathers nicely and it thickened my haiir over the next 3 months. I went and got my hair cut and the haiirdresser said my hair was much thicker and in great conditiion and asked what I'd done different, so I told her about routine and she said she was going to have a look at the product for herself. Also I can order it through paypal and it takes less than 10 days to arrive here in Australia.

This is the best shampoo and conditioner. My hair was thinning when I first started using this set about two years ago. Now my straight thinning hair is full and curly. I highly recommend!

The ingredients have changed Olefin Sulfate is the 2nd ingredient in the shampoo, i researched this and found it is just as drying and damaging as sulfate. They are making it difficult for me to return the product. I have the previous bottle of shampoo and pictures of the ingredient list on both old and new. It definitely has changed.

I'm on a GLP-1 and started noticing significant hair loss. Granted, I have a thick head of hair but still found it concerning! I have been using Routine for just over a month! I change is very noticeable! Thank you Routine!

Did nothing for my hair. Also I didn’t sign up for the subscription but today an order arrived. I am furious. I cannot afford to be conned in this way. Big company taking pensioners money with no permission.
