I ordered this shampoo for fine and thinning hair. I have been using this shampoo for a couple of months and there is absolutely no difference. My hair looks drier than usual. This shampoo is an absolute farce and expensive to boot

Bought this about 7 months ago and I would say my hair has gone thinner !!! I would say don’t waste your money what a scam !! It’s not cheap . I will be throwing it away and buying another brand after seeing the reviews. How can people get away with this ?!!

I have been using this product for a couple of months but grew really concerned as my hair has also been coming out in clumps and it's extremely dry. I wish I had seen the reviews here on trust pilot first. I will definitely be throwing the rest away. Be careful and avoid this company/brand.

I ordered shampoo & conditioner in July 2024. They have sent me another shipment as of 9/27/24 and I didn't even order anymore! I guess they just send automatic shipments and charge to your credit card! I am sending this second shipment back and calling my credit card company to refuse future shipments! I am disappointed with their business practice!!

This is a scam and not a good product as they advertised! My hair shed so much from the first and second washes. Let alone my scalp becomes irritated and burning. I spent $80 on this product, and not sure how I’m going to get my refund back. I wish I would have read the trust pilot reviews before purchasing it.

I have been using Routine Shampoo & Conditioner for at least a year now. It was great at first but now my hair is falling out in clumps and is getting so thin! Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

They respond daily, giving false hopes, but they don't refund your money. Please, all of you, file a case against this fraud on Amazon and ebay get this brand banned."

After using the shampoo and conditioner 3 weeks, twice a week. I have come out in an itchy rash all over my head. Also even after rinsing really well. It feels as though it's quite harsh on the hair.
