I have normal hair but have always had a lot fall out during shampooing or brushing. As I get older, post menopause, I was concerned it was getting thinner and possibly wouldn't grow back. I got sucked in by the adverts and positive reviews on my socials and thought it was worth a punt just once to pay the price for the shampoo and conditioner to see if it helped. Having used it for a month I wanted to write an honest review of my experience. Yes it smells nice, I've got the coconut and vanilla, and my hair feels clean and smooth, but I have not noticed any improvement in the amount of hair falling out, texture, shine, volume or anything else it/the reviews claims to help with. I think it's over priced for what seems to be an average shampoo and conditioner. I wish I hadn't believed all the hype and I wouldn't buy again. Just my opinion, maybe it's worked for others but I don't think it's the miracle us ladies of a certain age are looking for or that we led to believe in other reviews 😁.

Routine Wellness lavender and cedar shampoo and conditioner did not do anything for me! Returned it, still waiting for the refund. Wanted to love it, however my hair had no body and my wavy hair would stick flat, almost felt dry, so this was not for me! They communicated well when I first let them know I was not too happy with the product, tried their suggestions to no avail. We will see if they honor their refund policy.

Bought the Rose Hips shampoo and conditioner back in January on Amazon, and absolutely loved it. Still do but since I believe to have developed an allergy to these products unfortunately. Bought some Neutrogena shampoo to get rid of any residue built on my scalp as every week I would have a sore or a pimple. Such a shame as my hair felt it had more volume and didn’t strip the hairdye either. As for the shedding, each week is different, some weeks is more and some weeks is less shedding, probably depending more by fluctuating hormones at 51, as opposed to the products. Also like others here I have noticed that the original shine has been replaced by a drier look, which is regrettable. Want to finish the products but worry that I shouldn’t as my body seems to reject them…😓😭

I have been using the rosehip shampoo and conditioner, for about 4 months. I love the smell of the shampoo. My hair is more healthy, but its still thin at the side but not worst or better, so im going to continue using for a year and see what happens I think it may be a bit too early for me to really give an honest opinion, which is why I gave this rating, When routine wellness first came out it had excellent reviews, that why I decided to try it, there are many other products on the market. I was suprise to see the poor ratings for routine wellnes and it does not come cheap, and can be very upsetting if you are experience hair lost and thining and still paying so much money

My hair is definitely in better condition but I’m in my 3rd month & it definitely does not make my hair feel thicker, so I’m sceptical about the claims from others stating this. My hair actually feels thinner. I’ve not noticed new hair growth & think shedding is the same, but the good thing is I don’t seem to have to wash it as much. I have ordered another shampoo & conditioner in the hope that the other claims are true & the fact the condition is better but feel giving it more than 3 stars when not all claims seem true would be wrong at this time. It’s what goes in your body from the inside that helps with hair growth, I don’t believe any shampoo can make it grow.

Service was excellent with fast delivery and very helpful support. I used the products twice in one week and found that they didn't affect my amount of hair fall, but did really soothe my irritated scalp. My only real negative was that the products really didn't smell right - I think this was due to the how far they travelled to get to me. Also, I prefer a shampoo that lathers well. That's a psychological thing for me. The Routine team were helpful and fast throughout the whole experience.

Hey Yaz - we'd love to help! It looks like your package was received only 6 days ago. We recommend you use our products for 3-4 months before looking for results. You've only washed your hair a couple of times with our products so the impact will be limited. In addition, Routine Wellness Shampoo lathers less than traditional shampoos because it doesn't contain sodium lauryl sulfate or sodium laureth sulfate. These two ingredients are used to provide an artificial boost of foam, so it appears that the product is really working. They are basically just foaming agents. While the FDA hasn’t officially deemed sulfates as harmful, they can dry the scalp and strip your hair of its natural moisture. They are not good for promoting a healthy scalp, so we don't use them!
