So I bought this shampoo and conditioner because it was the top 5 shampoo and iv alway used nioxin the reviews on there sight was really good but these reviews don't seen that good. I used this shampoo tonight and alot of my hair fell out it the shower and brush which never happens so I not gonna use it again.. not taking the risk

BEWARE!!! If it sounds too good to be true then it is!!! If I could give this product, along their with customer service experience zero stars I would. I placed an order for the shampoo and conditioner just before Christmas after reading the reviews. Not sure they were using the same products I was. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair so flat and greasy looking no matter how much I did or didn’t use. I received a discount code shortly after placing the first order and now I wished I would have waited until I tried the first order. I ended up contacting customer service for instructions for returning the first order and what to do once the second order arrived. What a nightmare, the customer service representative tried convincing me I had not used the product long enough and might not see results for up to 4 months! This is just straight up crazy! The second order still has not arrived but customer service continues to send tracking info stating it has. I’m now out $100. + dollars with one order lost in the mail and the other order so horrible I have to trash it! Overall experience zero stars!

I bought this product and love it. So, about 2 months ago I bought one set for my sister because her hair is so thin you can see her scalp. (She has been sick, because of a stroke a few yrs ago. I have to say I saw her this week and her hair is thick and beautiful. I have no Idea why some reviews say it is not good.

At first it seemed to be working great and then after about a month of use, my hair started falling out in clumps every time I’d use the shampoo and conditioner and lost so much hair due to this product. I have extra unused bottles of shampoo and conditioner that I kept to use for cleaning the bathroom.

i have had alot of breakage for a year , nothing i bought helped until i seen routine advertised , as always i was sceptical but thought what have i got too lose apart from hair , so ordered some and wow , fast delivery from usa too uk , used this twice and already noticed no breakage , shiny beautiful hair , people have actually commented have i got hair extensions in as i have very long hair anyway i always had long thick hair , be no time before its thick again using this product i love it

I have tried every product under the sun for most of my life in an attempt to get my fine hair looking fuller and healthier. Finally Ive found a product that works. I can see and feel the difference. Without having to use sticky hair gels or powders my hair feels soft and full. Left to dry naturally it still has bounce, which is even better with hair drying. I only use the shampoo and conditioner I dont need any other products for my hair to look and feel great. I have been a sceptic of the promises hair products make but finally one that really does work. This is my final product I wont be swopping it for anything else because it actually works

The feel of my hair is wonderful, very soft, no frizz at all. Don't notice so much growth yet. The condition overall of my hair has definitely improved
