My only choice
Rockit repairs is my only choice when I crack my screen on my phone. They have helped me numerous times in the past and will use them again in the future.

Excellent service!
I had two Ipads in need of repair. Both were fixed quickly and reasonably priced. Have used RockIT in the past and have always been satisfied. Would highly recommend RockIT!

Delivered...as promised !!
I have trusted my computer problems to RockIT on 4 separate occasions, and each time they fixed the problem as promised, on time, and for the amount agreed. Couldn't ask for more !!

Samsung S3 Cell Phone
Had charging issues, sent in for new power connector. Came back, worked for about 3 weeks, sent it back. When it returned that one lasted only about 2-3 weeks. Gave up on it and bought a new phone.

I am sorry that you are having issues with your charging port repair. Samsung did not engineer the port correctly on this phone and that is why we see a good 2-3 of these come in each day for repair. The port is not held down by any bracket like most phones which keeps the pins on the back from coming back up. We do offer a 90 day warranty on this repair and we would be happy to repair this for you at no cost if you would like to send back in even if you are outside of the warranty period. The charging cables are also a big problem that could be causing it to last only a few weeks. They need to be the exact voltage as the original and have no damage on the connector that goes into the phone. It is something that is often overlooked as the consumer may think that all micro usb cables charge the phone, however many will charge it but damage it because it is the wrong voltage. horrible
They fixed my screen and when I got my phone back the camera and the volume did not work. Was told the new girl worked on it and hey they have to learn by doing it and my phone never got fixed. I will never set foot in that place again. Jim

Jim, I am very sorry that you had this experience back in 2013. We have new staff and I am not sure who would say that we would learn by doing it but that is not how we do business. Kindle Power Supply
I had one of those difficult to diagnose electrical problems... the Kindle did not hold a charge. After replacing both the battery and the charging port the unit was returned to me but it just wasn't right - the unit indicated it was charging but it never fully charged. I return the unit and then RockIT then replaced the main circuit board (at no charge) and the unit was perfect. This wasn't fun but the bottom line is they stood behind their work - integrity. They made it right!!!!

Fast "Emergency" Service
I was on a road trip and my cell.phone wouldn't charge, leaving me with no gps or a way to call anyone if I had car trouble. I found Rock It Repair through google when my phonegot very low, and they were able to fix my phone in just a couple of hours. I was back on the road and able to use.my gps and feel confident that my phone would be available if I had any problems on the road. They were fast and affordable.
