Not sure to to rate this. On one hand the shipping was really fast. It arrived within a week. On the other, it arrived with a broken door hinge and damaged edges. I didn’t bother with trying to get a new one because it would have been a major hassle to try to repackage it.

The new dark grey color is very nice. Connection to wifi is a very good plus. Already our second system (the last one broke last month)

Only purchas if you are a electronics expert. Unuseable if your not. Aftersales apporling . Been left with a £600 item that can't be used . Avoid like covid

Was dubious about ordering from a non UK based company with no telephone and I was right to be. Shame because the product I wanted isn't available anywhere else, but I will go without. Shocking lack of customer service, item was not despatched and the online help don't reply.

I tried to order some Arduino parts in Germany. First, half of the stuff they advertise is not in stock, expected in some 5 days from now. OK, I was on holiday and received a voucher as a gift, lets try.. After 1 week they extended their expectation by another 2 weeks, and this for simple parts which Amazon or Ebay drop in your mailbox the next day. Prices are stiff compared to the competitors. I do not know how they are in the US, but in Germany, keep your fingers off this shop. Is not worth it.
