The discount for orders over CAD $1,000 applies only to products sold directly by RobotShop and does not apply to Marketplace Vendor products. Likewise, free shipping is available only on eligible products sold by RobotShop. Marketplace Vendor items are fulfilled and shipped directly by the vendor, and their shipping charges and policies may differ. Regarding shipping to Colombia, while we do ship many products internationally, some Marketplace Vendors have shipping restrictions and are unable to ship to certain countries. Unfortunately, this was the case for the product you selected. We value your comments, as they help us identify areas where we can improve the clarity of our website and policies.
